IMPORTANT: Please double check your plug shape before placing your order! We do not offer return or refund if it does not fit!

Please check you car's center brake plug shape if square or curvy shaped. Mazda is only using 2 types of plug for their middle brake LED. See bottom page for reference.

Curvy Type (Mazda 3 3rd Gen Sedan, Mazda 6)

Square Type ( Mazda 3 Hatchback, CX5, CX8, CX9)

Installation and product preview:

Unplug the OEM brake lamp plug
Plug the F1 Brake Module
Cable tie behind to avoid rattling

Mazda 3 BP Sedan 20-24
Location below the left side C-Pillar
Remove the side black cover and find the plug. No need to remove the whole trunk cover

MX5 Plug located in the rear trunk. Remove the cover first.

Note:

If you bought the wrong plug then you can still install the product by connecting the wire directly. Leave the white plug unplugged.
