Since an original big brake caliper is made from aluminum bloc and it is paired with 2pcs rotor disc with aluminum center bell.

We will be able to save some weight overall while increasing the braking power, caliper size and disc diameter.

CP5200 - is 4-Piston Caliper from AP Racing. This is an old model and no longer in production. Only available in rebuilt version. Get CP9200 if you want the latest model.

Best choice if you just wanted to upgrade from your stock caliper to an entry level big brake kit with improved braking power.

BRAKE CALIPER-

Difference between Original REBUILT and Brand New caliper:

➡️ Original REBUILT Caliper
1. Caliper Shell / Housing is second hand but original (Aluminum Bloc). Some calipers were used by high end car models as their factory brakes.
2. To assure a quality caliper rebuild, all caliper components were replaced with brand new original parts such as piston, piston seal, dust boot, bleeder valve, etc. This process must be done by a professional.
3. Newly Painted for more appealing appearance.

Note: In some cases, you may need to purchase wheel spacer so that the caliper can be cleared on your wheels.

BRAKE Pads-

For Brembo Kit, we are including a Brembo PRIME™ Ceramic Sports Pad. If you want to upgrade to a track oriented brake pad, we also offer Brembo HP2000 for an additional cost.

For AP Racing Kit, we are including an AP Racing Semi Metallic Brake pads. If you want to upgrade to a better one, we also offer EBC RedSTUFF™ Ceramic Brake Pad for an additional cost.

BRAKE Disc-

Our disc is made from 2-piece component with aluminum center bell to achieve less weight. The disc is also coated in phosphate (bluish layer) for anti rust protection.
Brembo by default uses black center bell with floating screws while AP uses silver with standard screws. If you want to change color just let us know.
